Employee Payroll Deduction

Bonneville Joint School District 93 employees can support the Bonneville Education Foundation through voluntary payroll deduction. Even a small contribution each pay period adds up and helps BEF continue supporting students, teachers, and schools throughout District 93.

Choose an amount that works for you:
$5 • $10 • $15 • $20 • $25 • or another amount per pay period

Choose Where Your Donation Goes

Employees may choose to support:

• The Bonneville Education Foundation General Fund, allowing BEF to direct funds where they are most needed
• Bonneville Education Foundation Teacher Grant program
• A specific D93 school
• A specific grade level or program at a school

Donations cannot be designated to an individual employee or classroom. When a grade level is selected, those funds can be used by that grade-level team in coordination with school administration.

How to Sign Up

1. Download and complete the Employee Payroll Deduction Authorization Form.
2. Select your donation amount and where you would like your contribution directed.
3. Return your completed form to District 93 Payroll:
   • Email it to Payroll-[email protected]
   • Drop it off at the District Office
   • Send it through District Mail to the District Office- Attention Payroll
